BEGINNING OF THE YEAR FORM SUBMISSION THROUGH ONEVIEW

Monroe parents can now create accounts in our new OneView parent portal. OneView is a system that will allow parents to access annual student forms and provide important emergency contact information that would have normally been sent home in paper form during the first week of school. Our goal is to eliminate the time parents have to spend filling out forms by hand each school year. The forms are accessible by computer or Smartphone.

Directions to Setup Your OneView Account

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU MUST STOP MIDWAY THROUGH THE PROCESS REMEMBER TO SAVE YOUR INFORMATION. It does not save automatically.

  1. Please visit the OneView portal at https://monroe.esvportal.com/Login.aspx
  2. Select: “Parent / Guardian”
  3. Select: “Create Account” - in this step you will be required to create your own PIN code (You will only have to do this once per family. Please record your password and pin if you need to verify your account when calling in for support and for future school years.)
  4. Select: “Add a Student”
  5. Select: “A Returning Student”
  6. Select: “Option 2: Provide Student Details” Complete all fields. You will need your student’s ID number. This is the same number that you use for ProgressBook and EZpay. (See instructions below for accessing your student’s ID number)
  7. Select: “Attach”
  8. Once you have attached all of the students in your household
  9. Select: All Forms
  10. Select: Save & Submit and continue process

Email address
Please submit an email address you use regularly. The district and our schools will be using this email address to communicate with our parents and ensure all parents receive our email communication.

Instructions for accessing your student’s ID
When you login to Progressbook, the student number is on the right hand side of the page, directly under the student name. If you have multiple students, click on each student and their student ID number will appear below the student name.

If you have moved
If you have entered a new home address since last school year, you will need TWO (2) proofs of residency (must be in the name of the residential parent or guardian), lease, mortgage statement, deed, or tax bill, AND, recent utility bill.
