The mission of Monroe Elementary is to develop successful learners by providing an educationally sound environment that promotes maximum achievement.

Vision
Our vision for Monroe Elementary is to create a challenging environment where students experience an educational journey to become active, lifelong learners and critical thinkers. Caring school personnel, involved parents and community will support the students in this endeavor.
