Request for Proposal (RFP)  Multifunction Copiers/Printers

The purpose of this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) is to select a vendor to provide multifunction copiers/printers and the related maintenance and support services.

Procurement Schedule

  • RFP packets available: July 8, 2020
  • RFP Due in the Board of Education Office: July 17th no later than 12 noon
  • RFP Evaluation Results: July 21st, 2020 (Pending BOE Approval)
  • Final Award TBD

Vendors are required to submit an original copy with an original signature.  For a RFP to be accepted it must have an original signature. 

The envelope should be clearly marked to the attention of the Director of HR & Operations, Jesse Catanzaro, referencing RFP for Multifunction Copiers/Printers 2020.

This RFP does not obligate the District to contract for items and services specified herein. The District reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject any and all quotes received without penalty and not to issue a contract as a result of this RFP.
