The wrestling team has completed another first for Monroe High School. On Feb. 28th the team completed the sectional tournament as Runner-up to the host Tippecanoe HS.  Hunter Linebaugh secured the only individual sectional championship for the Hornets.  With 9 other teammates placing in the top 4 the Hornets have had their best post season performance in history!

The team travels Friday to Mansfield High School March 6 & 7th to compete for a shot to reach the state tournament.  The top 4 wrestlers in each weight class will head to the Schottenstein Center in Columbus March 12-14.
