Thanks to favorable weather conditions, our construction team continues to make significant strides across the building foundation areas and overall site infrastructure.

Recent Progress (Week of October 5 – October 9)

  • Building Foundations: Concrete footing and masonry foundation work actively progressed across Area E (Gymnasium/PE), Area A, and Area F.

  • Plumbing & Elevator Prep: Underground plumbing work got underway in Area A, while footings, elevator pit installation, and elevator waterproofing moved forward in Area B.

  • Site & Road Infrastructure: Work continued on temporary access roads, stormline utilities, and sanitary line installations across the main site, as well as ongoing stormwater utility work for the new drive.

3-Week Look Ahead (October 12 – October 30)

 Site Infrastructure & New Drive

  • Utilities: Crews will begin installing domestic and fire water lines the week of October 12. Installations for primary electrical connections, tech service conduits, and gas lines will follow throughout late October.

  • Parking Lots & Drives: Fine grading and stone base preparation for the parking lots begin next week. Underground electrical work and light pole base installations for the new drive will also get underway.

Building Area Foundations & Structural Work

  • Area E (Gymnasium & PE): Underground plumbing begins the week of October 12, followed by masonry bearing wall construction for the gym starting the week of October 19.

  • Area A: Underground electrical work kicks off next week, leading up to ground prep and concrete slab pours (slab-on-grade) toward the end of the month.

  • Area B: Masonry foundation walls and underground plumbing installations will begin over the next two weeks.

  • Area F: Crews will initiate underground plumbing and electrical work in the coming weeks.

Thank you to our community for your continued support as we build the future of our district! Stay tuned for further updates as structural features begin to take shape.
